We are excited to offer this new plan for Dental Wellness for you and your family. Many of you, without insurance, feel like you can’t afford dental care. We are making great dental care more affordable so you can. This plan allows you to save money and get your cleanings, check-ups and x-rays. Who couldn’t use that? You want, and deserve, a clean and healthy mouth and we are here to help.
If you have been seeing us for regular visits, you can purchase a plan anytime. New patients will need to have a New Patient appointment and then be able to purchase the plan based on your needs for future care.
The Wellness Plans are designed for your needs:
*$249 Child (12 and under) per year: 2 Cleanings, 2 Exams, Preventive X-rays, 2 Fluoride treatments per year + up to a 15% savings on fillings and other needs
*$299 Adult (13 and over with regular care) per year: 2 Cleanings, 2 Exams, Preventive X-rays, 1 Velscope cancer screening and 1 Fluoride + up to a 15% savings or 20% for Seniors (62+), on most dental needs
*$599 Adult Periodontal (advanced care) per year: 2 Maintenance appointments, 2 Exams, Preventive X-rays, 1 Velscope and 1 Fluoride + up to a 15% savings or 20% for Seniors (62+), on most dental needs.
