In July of 2016 we are giving away an adult and a child gift basket.  They include Sonicare toothbrushes, dental health items and a gift card for Granite City or movie passes. At the end of the year we are giving away a free crown or $1,000 credit. Children will receive a $125 gift card.  Anyone who has preventive appointments will get their names entered.  Be sure to come in for the recommended appointments to enter the more times.
